A few words about the area...

Evosmos is an area of the Urban Complex of Thessaloniki and the capital of the Municipality of Kordelio-Evosmos. It is the second largest municipality of Thessaloniki after the municipality of Thessaloniki and before the municipality of Kalamaria and it is the 14th largest municipality in Greece.

Nea Politia is an area north of the centre of Evosmos, bounded below the Peripheral Road on one side and the parallel street 25th of March on the other.
